Job Description
Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This fast-paced role requires judgment, math, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities- Oversee shift operations including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Lead by example and ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and adherence to store standards.
- Control food operations, maintain store cleanliness, and promote an efficient schedule.
- Deliver great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality of the crew.
- Transport daily operations, marketing, and profitability.
- Strong judgment.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to multitask.
Many team members started as delivery drivers and progressed to franchise ownership. There is a path from Assistant Manager to General Manager, and from General Manager to Franchisee or Corporate Operations.
