The Project Manager overseeing in-row piping installation at data centers is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of critical cooling infrastructure projects within active mission-critical environments. This role manages all phases of in-row piping installation, including project scheduling, contractor coordination, budget oversight, safety compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring work is completed on time and in accordance with design specifications and operational requirements.

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between construction teams, engineers, vendors, data center operations personnel, and stakeholders, coordinating installation activities while minimizing impact to ongoing facility operations. Responsibilities include managing project risks, resolving field issues, monitoring progress, reviewing drawings and construction documents, overseeing commissioning activities, and ensuring adherence to data center standards and best practices. The position requires a strong field presence, with regular site visits to monitor construction activities, verify installation quality, address challenges in real time, and ensure the successful delivery of mechanical infrastructure that supports reliable and efficient data center cooling operations.
