Overview
The Associate Director, Program Management will lead a proprietary program team within Secure Tactical Communications, driving the design, development, new product introduction, and production ramp for critical data‑protection capabilities. The role involves rapid delivery, customer engagement, and program ownership with the potential to grow to over $1B in sales.
What You Will Do- Own full life‑cycle program development and critical execution activities.
- Lead a cross‑functional team engaging with U.S. Government customers and related stakeholders to deliver on commitments.
- Manage profit and loss for both internally and externally funded efforts.
- Oversee the lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance of large or complex programs.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a university degree, or 10 years of experience with an advanced degree in a related field.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start; U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience leading development programs and solving complex challenges.
- Experience working with U.S. Department of War customers.
- Located or willing to relocate to Cedar Rapids, IA.
- Experience briefing senior leadership and external customers.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams to meet customer commitments and delight customers.
- Experience working in a high‑stakes environment with an accelerated development schedule.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salary range: $157,200 USD – $298,800 USD. Compensation is based on experience, location, and other factors.
