• Collaborate with the Regional Facilities Manager to develop and implement the strategic vision for the facilities team.
• Oversee daily operations, including work order delegation, vendor compliance, and site inspections to ensure high-quality building services.
• Manage third‑party contractors and vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and client expectations.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets, including cost savings initiatives and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct incident investigations, and promote a safety‑first culture across all sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Five to eight years of Facilities Management experience, with a strong technical background.
• Experience managing facilities teams and 24/7 operations in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative management style.
