Sr. IT Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Project Manager who can quickly ramp up, take ownership of complex initiatives, and drive meaningful outcomes. This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in ambiguity, is passionate about improving inefficient processes, and has experience delivering results in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to lead large, complex projects while identifying opportunities to streamline delivery, improve execution, and increase operational effectiveness.

Specifically, they will be aligned to Annuities BAU/LTO initiatives including Fund & State Maintenance (fund changes and state regulatory changes) and Pricing & Rate Changes (monthly rate changes, as well as periodic VA and RILA rate changes). This individual will be compensated at an hourly rate beginning at $65/HR.

10+ years of Project Manager experience managing large complex projects

Experience in process improvement from a project perspective

Experience in JIRA and working with Hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) teams

Annuity experience with regulatory exposure from a product perspective

• Fund/State - knowledge and awareness

• Rate Changes - familiarity
