Lids - 4444 First Ave NE - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting with regular follow up;
Administer the progressive steps of discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager;
Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives;
Schedule and staff the store including calling in associates during peaks when Store Manager is not present
