Assistant General Manager

This role partners closely with the General Manager to lead performance, develop talent, and maintain a luxury-standard environment while creating consistency in selling, service, and operational excellence.

- Drive Daily Performance & Execution:
Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and operational consistency. - Reinforce key behaviors tied to conversion, appointments, clienteling, and follow-up.
- Partner with leadership to execute visual standards, promotions, and operational priorities.
- Maintain inventory, compliance, and security standards.
- Lead the Customer Experience Model: elevated service so customer client feels welcomed and guided.
- Lead from the floor by coaching in real time and supporting meaningful customer interactions.
- Reinforce appointment culture, follow-up behaviors, and relationship-building expectations.
- Help create memorable experiences that build trust, loyalty, and confidence.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and within guidelines.
- Coach & Develop Talent:
Deliver in-the-moment coaching and recognition that builds confidence and capability. - Support onboarding, training, and development of store team members.
- Reinforce accountability, teamwork, and selling excellence.
- Activate the Brand Promise:
You will help customers feel celebrated through elevated service and thoughtful guidance, experience confidence through expert support and relationship-based selling, connect emotionally to meaningful purchases and milestones.

Your
Work Schedule:
Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
