The Project Manager 3 supports Enterprise Electrical’s operations by leading commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager 3 serves as a primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and trade partners, while providing leadership, oversight, and accountability across all phases of project execution.

EssentialFunctions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assume primary project leadership responsibilities in partnership with internal teams and project personnel.
- Evaluate contractual scope of work and establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with Enterprise Electrical guidelines.
- Plan, organize, and staff key project positions through coordination with superintendents and subordinate project management staff.
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate, prepare, and issue purchase order and subcontracts.
- Monitor and control construction progress through administrative oversight of on site supervision.
- Develop, issue, and maintain master project schedules to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Manage all financial aspects of projects including cost control, billings, collections, profitability, and cash flow.
- Identify and manage project risks by proactively addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all project documentation and controls comply with contract requirements and Enterprise Electrical standards.
- Supervise and mentor other project managers and assistant project managers when assigned.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by leadership or as project needs require.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and implement effective solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, field leadership, and internal stakeholders
- Skill in managing conflict and addressing issues proactively to maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to interpret construction documents, contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to track budgets, forecasts, and project performance
- Ability to mentor and develop team members through guidance, feedback, and accountability
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and project milestones
