Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mastering the Craft:
  You will be responsible for the full screen printing process, from expert press operation to meticulous quality control. This includes ensuring perfect registration, color accuracy, and a flawless finish on every product.
• Driving Throughput:
  You’ll be challenged to meet and exceed daily production goals, using your time management and problem-solving skills to maintain a steady and efficient workflow.
• Technical Problem-Solving:
  You’ll perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on the fly to ensure peak performance. We encourage individuals with a technical background to apply, as this mindset is essential for success.
