This newly created role is a unique opportunity to help design and roll out the TWI method in training to develop the employees at the site. As the leader for training excellence at the site, you’ll not only create and deliver hands‑on, high‑impact learning materials—you’ll also coach and develop a team of trainers, elevate the consistency and quality of instruction, and ensure our standards are applied with discipline and clarity.
You’ll play a central role in building operator capability, driving standards rigor, and fostering a culture grounded in safety, quality, and continuous improvement. - Creates comprehensive training materials and documentation for job instruction processes
- Conducts hands‑on training sessions to reinforce theoretical knowledge with practical skills
- Facilitates skill‑building sessions for trainers to enhance delivery capabilities
- Coordinate, guide, and monitor the work of trainers on the shift.
- Review training plans and validate compliance with established standards.
- Ensure that all teaching methods are properly applied (including TWI).
- Plan and coordinate operator certifications with trainers.
- Ensure training materials are updated and standardized.
- Audit training sessions to validate quality and adherence to standards.
- Provide ongoing feedback to trainers and operators in development.
- Identify training needs and skill gaps on the shift.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the trainers on shift.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Report key training indicators for the shift (certifications, rotation of trained employees, training duration).
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure availability of training resources.

This position requires a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. Qualifications Education RequiredBachelors or better.
Experience RequiredExhibits a deep understanding of training methodologies, showcasing demonstrated expertise.
Showcases excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and give constructive criticism to further personnel's knowledge
Management of performance and training metrics.
Hands‑on training experience, with a focus on developing others on the job
Familiarity with Training Within Industry (TWI) training methodology
At least 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
