Pay:
Starting at $22.11/hour with advancement potential up to $30.78/hour, plus overtime and a $0.70/hour night shift premium

Position Summary

Machine Operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor advanced production machinery
  • Perform routine quality inspections to ensure product accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment issues
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
  • Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Trade school graduates and candidates with 1+ year of machine operation experience strongly encouraged to apply
  • Must successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and pre‑employment physical
