Production Team Operator – Nights

Production Machine Operator Needed!

Long Term Temporary position.

$23.00 / hour, Shift 7am to 7pm, Rotating Schedule

The Production Operator operates processing, packaging, computer control system, and material handling equipment to safely produce quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Operate all machines and equipment necessary to properly process and package finished product
• Must have experience operating a fork truck in a manufacturing environment
• Load, unload, store, sample, and transfer raw materials, finished product, and miscellaneous items
• Maintain equipment through proper lubrication, minor repairs/adjustments; report all malfunctions and needed repairs
• Perform all required "in process" tests and adjustment
• Maintain accurate and complete records and charts
• Routinely sanitize and clean plant equipment and facilities
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records for completeness and accuracy
• Make sure all paperwork and forms are available and completed for their shift
• Perform material handling duties in accordance with all applicable OSHA and EPA standards
• Participate in safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects
• Execute other responsibilities and projects as required
• Train new operators
• Fill in for overtime requirements including vacation, sick leave, training and others as needed
• Experience using PLC screens.
• Perform other duties and tasks as required

• 2+ years as Machine Operator
• Microsoft Office
