Forklift Operator
Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with overtime as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Operate equipment safely while working at heights up to 25 feet.
- Remain on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our safety culture by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as business needs arise.
- Perform other job-related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Employees must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds, and work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment. Protective equipment (steel/toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL) is required. Work may expose employees to weather conditions and moderate noise; fumes from tires, car parts and lubricants may be present.
Qualifications- Minimum age 18 years.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Compliance with all safety policies and state/federal regulations.
- Forklift certification (pass).
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Teamwork skills.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
