Project coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for a position on site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The project is expected to last for at least 3 months and could turn into a permanent job or a longer term project!

We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial project coordination roles.

The Project Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day execution of plant-floor projects, primarily focusing on the coordination of skilled internal trades and external contractors. You will be responsible for maintaining tight project timelines, managing deliverable quality, and providing real-time reporting to stakeholders. This position requires a strong presence on the plant floor to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks as they occur.

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial project coordination role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blue prints, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or industry-specific ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and plant-specific safety standards.
