Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am**##

** Plant Overview:*
* · 3-Shift Operation
· Non
- Union Facility with approximately 200 hourly staff members which are a mix of temporary and full-time associates.
· 100% Food Service, 4 bag soup lines, 1 tub line, 18 Kettles, 5 Filling lines, and 4 packaging lines.
· Products include Frozen Soups and Macaroni & Cheese

** Job Overview:

The purpose of this position is to safely clean the lines from kettle to Raque between each formula change.  Follow all HACCP and cleaning procedures.##
** Responsibilities & Duties:
*** Set Up Pipes
* Set up Pig Launchers
* Attach and Tighten Clamps
* Shoot Pig
* Take Titration samples
* Clean kettles inside and out and work area
* Other duties as assigned
* Set Up Blender
* Assist with changeover
* 12 Hour Alternate Work Schedule##

* Qualifications:

*** Must be able to comprehend detailed cleaning processes and operate automated system while working safely around chemicals.
* Must work safely around steam and boiling product.
* Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once using good organizational skills.
* Must be able to communicate effectively.
* Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures.
* Responsible for Q-RMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document
* Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills
* Must have basic knowledge in equipment care and maintenance.
* Must be able to perform well under stress
* Working conditions include extremes of hot and cold temperatures
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to work independently and with others.
* Must ensure quality products are being packaged.
