** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Operate and monitor production equipment within enzyme manufacturing processes
* Utilize Delta V process control systems to ensure optimal plant performance
* Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
* Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize operations
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Accurately document production data and maintain operational records
* Assist in maintaining equipment reliability and reporting maintenance needs
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** High School Diploma or GED required
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Experience working with process systems or automated equipment is a plus
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
* Ability to lift to 55 lbs and work in a physically active setting

*** Experience in biotechnology, chemical, or food manufacturing environments
* Familiarity with Delta V or similar distributed control systems (DCS)
* Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies
