Lead Process Technician

• Lead daily injection molding operations while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met
• Set molds, optimize processing parameters, and troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve workflows and process efficiency
• Train and mentor technicians on processing procedures, safety protocols, and best practices
• Maintain documentation related to process changes, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Assist with development of SOPs and standardized work instructions

• 5+ years of injection molding processing experience
• Strong knowledge of injection molding equipment, process controls, and RJG Decoupled Molding
• Proven troubleshooting and process optimization experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with automation systems, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
