CIP Operator 3rd Shift

Overview

CIP Operator – 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am

Location: Kraft Heinz – Cedar Rapids, 4601 C Street SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404

• Set Up Pipes
• Set up Pig Launchers
• Attach and Tighten Clamps
• Shoot Pig
• Take Titration samples
• Clean kettles inside and out and work area
• Other duties as assigned
• Set Up Blender
• Assist with changeover
• 12 Hour Alternate Work Schedule

• Must be able to comprehend detailed cleaning processes and operate automated systems while working safely around chemicals.
• Must work safely around steam and boiling product.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once using good organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures.
• Responsible for Q-RMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document
• Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills
• Must have basic knowledge in equipment care and maintenance.
• Must be able to perform well under stress
• Working conditions include extremes of hot and cold temperatures
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Must ensure quality products are being packaged.
