Test Technician - 1st Shift

Position

Test Technician – Collins Aerospace, Cedar Rapids, IA

• Perform testing using DMM, oscilloscope, frequency generators, high‑frequency power supplies, spectrum analyzer, and related equipment.
• Collect, document, and report on test results.
• Evaluate test results and determine improvements.
• Read and interpret complex electronic schematics, analyze circuits, and follow written work instructions.
• Apply knowledge of electronic theory for troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Lift or carry equipment and parts weighing up to 25lb.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• High‑school diploma or GED; otherwise two years of relevant experience.
• Must pass the Certified Electronics Technician Associate (CETa) exam from ETA‑I.
• Proficiency in reading electronic schematics, circuit analysis, and following written instructions.
• 1st shift, 100% onsite role; willing to work 1st shift.
