** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Support and promote a strong, site-wide safety culture focused on employee wellbeing and safe work practices
* Lead and support incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions
* Conduct industrial hygiene (IH) monitoring and sampling to support occupational health programs
* Partner with operations to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
* Participate in EHS design reviews, including ergonomics, ventilation, PPE, and emergency preparedness
* Deliver EHS training, including new hire orientation and annual compliance refreshers
* Support internal and external audits to ensure adherence to IFF and regulatory standards
* Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety programs and employee engagement
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Safety, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, or a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements (OSHA, environmental standards, etc.)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines
* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across functions
* Experience with industrial hygiene principles, monitoring, and exposure assessments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation management

*** Experience in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
* Familiarity with emergency response programs and safety committees
* Experience participating in audits and regulatory inspections
