The Mission Systems Multi‑Domain Assured Navigation and Timing Applications (MANTA) Systems/Hardware department seeks a motivated Test Engineer/Systems Engineer to join the Test Innovation Engineering team. The role focuses on the design, development and integration of Special Test Equipment (STE) for ground applications. The engineer will collaborate with internal customers, production facilities, contract manufacturers, and cross‑functional product design teams to deliver STE products that enhance warfighter safety and situational awareness in contested environments.

• Review product designs and create test solutions that maximize coverage in manufacturing and service environments.
• Capture, analyze, decompose, and translate requirements for production test solutions.
• Interface and coordinate with internal systems, hardware, and software product design teams.
• Prepare and present project and technical information to peers, internal management, and customers.
• Reverse engineer existing equipment to document built systems.

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance; the selected candidate will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.

$68,900 – $131,100 USD. The range reflects all experience levels and is based on role, responsibilities, location, education, and key skills.
