Our client, an industry leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Mechanical Technician 3 (5-7 years) to join their dedicated team. As a Mechanical Technician 3, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to safety, and technical expertise.

• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, and power transmissions.
• Work on conveyor systems, changing out bearings and pumps, ensuring optimal operation.
• Conduct alignments, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Assist in developing and refining preventive maintenance standards and work procedures.
• Operate heavy industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and skid loaders safely and efficiently.

• High school diploma or approved GED; AA degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or related education in industrial maintenance technologies.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, blueprint reading, welding, and rigging.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and operate various industrial equipment safely.
