Plant Overview
3-Shift Operation. Non-Union Facility with approximately 200 hourly staff members (temporary and full-time associates). 100% Food Service with 4 bag soup lines, 1 tub line, 18 kettles, 5 filling lines, and 4 packaging lines. Products include Frozen Soups and Macaroni & Cheese.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled operator who can work flexibly across multiple positions. Candidates should have solid knowledge of on-packs, chill tanks, VRT, Robot, prepack equipment, safety/quality regulations, and production procedures. Ability to lead a department in the lead’s absence.
Responsibilities & Duties Dock- Operate forklift.
- Issue and return raw materials in SAP daily.
- Transport goods to and from lines and areas.
- Load and unload product.
- Maintain required inventory records.
- Operate robotic arm systems for material handling, sortation, palletization, and distribution.
- Monitor and control robotic arm movements for accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Perform daily inspections on the robotic arm system.
- Communicate with Maintenance for support and advanced maintenance.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to meet production standards.
- Maintain accurate records of robot programs, setup configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure products do not remain in the palletizing area beyond guidelines during downtime.
- Operate VRT machine accurately.
- Identify products and enter data into the VRT computer system.
- Unload product from VRT timely to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure operating integrity of conveyors before shift start.
- Maintain VRT cleanliness and operating integrity, maximizing efficiency.
- Understand CIL, CL, 5S, basic problem solving, and DDS system execution.
- Participate in root cause problem solving for key chronic losses.
- Eliminate unsafe conditions and report them immediately.
- Comply with GMPs, Safety Guidelines, and SOPs.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Work safely in a food production environment.
- Ensure quality products are packaged.
- Follow all food safety policies and safety procedures; implement Q-RMP standards.
