Opportunity Details
This is a first shift opportunity and hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm
. Starting pay ranges from $22.50 to $25.00 per hour depending on your role. After completing a 90-day new hire period, you move into our pay‑for‑skills structure, where your pay grows as you grow. Team Member 1 rates range from $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
, with additional pay increases available as you continue to build skills and advance to Team Member
2. Team Members who take on Team Leader responsibilities earn an additional $3.00 per hour premium.

Primary Planning and Start‑Up Responsibilities
- Learn, understand, and follow standard work, safety procedures, and quality expectations
- Participate in onboarding and skills training to build capability
- Support workstation setup, organization, and 5S execution
- Identify potential issues during startup and raise concerns early
- Help stabilize processes by surfacing problems and contributing ideas
Primary Ongoing Production Responsibilities
- Execute standard work to ensure safe, consistent, and high‑quality production
- Meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Perform routine 5S and maintain an organized, clean work area
- Conduct quality checks and take immediate action if standards are not met
- Perform basic equipment care and minor maintenance as trained
- Take ownership of your process—if something is not right, elevate immediately and help solve it
- Stop the process, pull Andon, or engage support when needed to protect safety or quality
- Actively participate in small group problem solving and continuous improvement
- Support teammates and help ensure smooth production flow

This position requires a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. Qualifications Experience PreferredDemonstrated reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn
Ability to follow standard work and detailed instructions
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
