• Starting pay up to $35.42/hour based on experience and skill

• 12‑hour rotating night shift

• Set up and operate manual machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, hydraulic presses, band saws, and other machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Fabricate and repair parts, tools, and machine components
• Use precision measuring instruments and gauges to maintain required tolerances
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and cutting equipment
• Perform equipment maintenance and routine machine upkeep
• Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
• Track jobs and parts using computer software
• Follow ISO standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures

Required

• Trade school training and/or a minimum of two years of industrial maintenance machining experience
• Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
• Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and industry standards
• Ability to perform shop math, including speeds and feeds, bolt circle calculations, and basic trigonometry
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts, or willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment
• Ability to pass a written skills assessment, background check, and drug screen

Preferred

• Experience machining both small and large components
• Experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
