Competitive Pay- Starting pay up to $35.42/hour based on experience and skill

- Set up and operate manual machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, hydraulic presses, band saws, and other machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Fabricate and repair parts, tools, and machine components
- Use precision measuring instruments and gauges to maintain required tolerances
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and cutting equipment
- Perform equipment maintenance and routine machine upkeep
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
- Track jobs and parts using computer software
- Follow ISO standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures
Required
- Trade school training and/or a minimum of two years of industrial maintenance machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
- Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and industry standards
- Ability to perform shop math, including speeds and feeds, bolt circle calculations, and basic trigonometry
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts, or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment
- Ability to pass a written skills assessment, background check, and drug screen
Preferred
- Experience machining both small and large components
- Experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
