Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler / Tester in Cedar Rapids

Shift: 8am – 4:30pm | Mon‑Fri

Pay: $18.25 / hour

Remedy is currently seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembler / Tester for North America's largest distributor of Fluid Power & Motion Control Solutions. This is a hands‑on role requiring a strong understanding of fluid power systems, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing systems and components to ensure they meet performance and safety specifications.

• Assist with installing and removing fittings
• Complete basic assembles and testing
• Place products on pallets for storage
• Box and prep units for shipments
• Pull orders or put orders away
• Audit PO's as kits come in to verify part quantities
• Clean up the building (mop, sweep, take out the trash, break down boxes and stack empty part totes)

• 1+ years of experience in hydraulic system testing or a related mechanical testing environment.
• Production assembly, technical, and mechanical experience.
• Proficient with hand tools, gauges, and test instruments.
