Job Description

Machine Assembly – Cedar Rapids (Hiring immediately)

• Assemble large commercial consumer packaging equipment.
• Assemble subassemblies and piece parts positioned in the frame of the machine.
• Connect electrical wires, mechanical and pneumatic parts as required, and test them for correct operation.

Pay: $28.94 - $30.88 per hour

• Minimum: $28.94
• After 3 months: $29.35
• After 6 months: $29.87
• After 9 months: $30.36
• After 12 months: $30.88

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2‑year associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or 2‑5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance or assembling capital equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Work Keys Certification:
  National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver or higher) – preferred.
