Test Engineer, Systems Engineer
Position Overview
The Mission Systems Multi‑Domain Assured Navigation and Timing Applications (MANTA) Systems/Hardware department is looking for a highly motivated Test Engineer to join the Test Innovation Engineering team. The role focuses on Special Test Equipment (STE) design, development and integration for ground applications, working with internal customers, production facilities, contract manufacturers and leadership, as well as systems, software and hardware engineering teams.
WhatYou Will Do
- Review product designs and create test solutions that maximize test coverage in the manufacturing and service environments.
- Capture, analyze, decompose and translate requirements for production test solutions.
- Interface and coordinate with internal systems, hardware, and software product design teams.
- Prepare and present project/technical information to peers, internal management and customers.
- Reverse engineer existing equipment to document built systems.
A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must either already possess or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. The selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.

$86,800 USD – $165,200 USD, approximate range based on experience, location, education, training, and key skills.
