Lesaffre is seeking a Process Operator in Cedar Rapids, IA, to produce high-quality yeast products following established fermentation procedures. The role reports to a Process Supervisor and operates on a rotating night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
You will follow cleaning and materials procedures, monitor equipment, and maintain accurate documentation while learning safety, GMP, and food safety rules. Training across departments is possible.
