Assembly Technician – $20+/hr + Growth

Looking for a hands‑on job where you can stay busy and work with tools? We're hiring Assembly Technicians to help build products in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for anyone with assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience.

• Assemble products using hand and power tools
• Follow instructions on a computer screen throughout the build process
• Lift and position parts onto the assembly line
• Use air rivet guns, drills, and other basic tools
• Complete repetitive assembly tasks with attention to quality
• Work with your team to keep production moving

• Manufacturing, assembly, or general labor experience
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Warehouse experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Production line experience

• $20+/hr starting pay with opportunities for raises

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
