Utility Washbay Worker - Cedar Rapids, IA

This is a full-time, hourly position.

• Wash trailers inside and out.
• Wash tractor exteriors.
• General cleaning and housekeeping.
• Operate tractor‑trailers to destinations throughout the lot.
• Perform confined space entries as required.
• Drive tractors and operate Allen Bradley redi‑panels and computers.
• Empty trash barrels.
• Manually brush trailer exteriors.
• Lifting, bending, ascending and descending stairs and ladders, pushing, pulling.

• Commitment to zero‑injury culture and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: prolonged standing, confined‑space and height work, lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, working in varied conditions (heat, cold, dust).
• Tractor‑trailer experience, including backing, preferred.
• Initiative to work independently and flexibility to work in a team when needed.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Past experience in industrial setting preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on location and qualifications. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime for qualifying overtime hours. The pay for this position is expected to be $19.67.

Employees will be in an at‑will position and the company reserves the right to modify base pay and other compensation at any time.
