RTX in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer for the Manufacturing Support Team on second shift (2PM–10PM). You will perform root cause analysis, monitor uptime, and train floor technicians while applying standard manufacturing principles to new product lines.
Required STEM degree with up to 2 years related experience; manufacturing, troubleshooting or test experience is essential. Preferred knowledge includes RCA, Lean Sigma and SAP with Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency.
