• 3-Shift Operation
• Non-Union Facility with approximately 200 hourly staff members which are a mix of temporary and full‑time associates.
• 100% Food Service, 4 bag soup lines, 1 tub line, 18 Kettles, 5 Filling lines, and 4 packaging lines.
• Products include Frozen Soups and Macaroni & Cheese

Highly skilled operator, capable of being flexible and working in multiple different positions as required from day to day. This position requires the ability to safely and accurately combine and prepare ingredients received from the prep and spice areas according to recipes.

• Check viscosity of soup
• Wash and sanitize kettles after every formula to ensure a clean surface for the next product run
• Process a daily schedule by referring to recipes and coordinating prep department
• Fill out paperwork / IQS entries and inspections
• Load ingredients into kettle
• Take samples to QA
• Retrieve/Return containers from prep/blanch
• Quality (Verify product quality, item numbers, weights, HAACP checks)
• Safety (follow all required safe work practices – i.e. PPE, JSA)
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. above your head
• Must be able to perform well under stress
• Working conditions include extremes of hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Must be able to work in a safe manner.
• Must ensure quality products are being packaged.
• Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures.
• Responsible for Q‑RMP standards implementation as defined by the accountability list document.
