Advance Services is hiring a dependable Material Handler for a busy manufacturing facility in Cedar Rapids. This position supports production and warehouse operations by moving materials throughout the facility, keeping work areas supplied, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities include moving raw materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility; loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials; keeping production areas stocked with necessary materials;

completing inventory and material-handling documentation; inspecting materials for accuracy or damage; maintaining a clean and safe work area; and following all safety and quality procedures. Assist with additional production or warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous material handling, warehouse, forklift, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Strong attendance and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
