** Principal Accountabilities:*
* + Operate all equipment associated with the process, blowers, conditioners, extruders, cutters, dryers, grinders, packaging equipment, truck unload and load out and rail load out.

+ Operate Extrusion & Flour Process Equipment

+ Operate Fine Grind Truck Load out and Soy Flour Truck/Rail load out.

+ Monitor/observe Extrusion Equipment and Fine Grind Truck lead-out.

+ Monitor soy flake grinding and soy lecithin applications

+ Ensure accurate information of scale weights and transactions are recorded daily.

+ Collect and process flour mill and extrusion samples using various lab equipment to obtain and record values on a computer spreadsheet.

+ Move packaged product using a forklift.

+ Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.

+ Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

+ Other duties as assigned.

* Required Qualifications:

*
* + Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

+ Be 18 years or older

+ Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

+ Basic computer skills

+ Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

+ Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice

+ Mechanical aptitude

* + Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems

+ Prior experience in production related work

+ Experience operating forklifts and/or similar equipment

+

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP

+

Working experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office, and Outlook
