Manufacturing Production Worker I-1st shift

Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Production Worker in Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404. As a Manufacturing Production Worker, you will inspect and sort manufactured parts according to defined quality standards and specifications. Use measuring gauges and Statistical Process Control (SPC) software to monitor product quality. Record inspection results and maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Identify and report quality issues to supervisors or designated team members.

Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent product quality.

This is a Full-time/ Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn SPC software.

Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. Benefits:
