Job Position Description
The Dredge Operator is responsible for operating dredging equipment on different bodies of water to remove materials needed for production. This role includes monitoring equipment performance, managing material flow, and performing routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities- Daily equipment maintenance and operation
- Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy
- Assist with moving of dredge equipment to different sites
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of basic mechanics and electrical knowledge of large equipment
- Monday – Friday
- Approximately 50 hours/week
