Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production systems to support enzyme production processes.
  • Utilize the DeltaV process control system to monitor performance and maintain process stability.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections and process checks to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to optimize production processes.
  • Accurately document operational activities, process data, and production records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, reliability, quality, and safety.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Participate in shift handovers and effectively communicate production status and operational concerns.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two or more years of experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, chemical, food processing, biotechnology, or related environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working safely in an industrial production environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with process control systems such as DeltaV or similar automated manufacturing platforms.
