Schedule:

First Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PMSecond Shift | Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM to 1:45 AM Rotating 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AMSign-on bonus:
Up to $5,000 for eligible candidates

Job Type: Temporary/Contract Please Read Before Applying | This position is located onsite in Roseau, Minnesota, in the far northwest corner of the state, roughly 5 hours north of Minneapolis-St. Paul and about 1 hour from the Canadian border. This is a relocation opportunity, not a remote, hybrid, or local role. To succeed, you must be willing to relocate to the Roseau area and report onsite for your assigned shift.

Position Overview As a Production Assembler, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by assembling vehicle components, performing quality inspections, and ensuring each product meets established production standards. Team members work in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do Assemble vehicle systems, components, and parts on a production line.

Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality expectations.

Use hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and production machinery.

Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial.

Reliable transportation (there is no public transportation available).Able to lift up to 40 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds.

Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching regularly.

Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
