  • Execute across email, web, paid media, social, and events
  • Ensure campaigns are cohesive across all touchpoints, including digital and sales engagement
  • Lead stakeholder alignment and campaign governance using project management best practices
Marketing Automation (Hub Spot)
  • Design and oversee multi-touch nurture programs and campaign workflows in Hub Spot
  • Leverage lifecycle stages, segmentation, and lead scoring to drive engagement and conversion
  • Ensure campaigns are properly structured for tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Partner with Marketing Operations for technical configuration, integrations, and data model management
Paid Media Strategy (Linked In and Google)
  • Define the role of paid media within each campaign, including budget allocation, channel mix, and audience strategy
  • Lead Linked In campaign strategy, including:
    • Company and persona targeting (ABM alignment)
    • Format selection (lead gen forms, video, document ads, etc.)
    • Message alignment with campaign stages
  • Guide Google Ads strategy, including:
    • High-intent search capture
    • Retargeting strategy
    • Funnel alignment
  • Partner with internal teams or agencies to execute campaigns and optimize performance
Measurement and Optimization
  • Establish reporting frameworks across Hub Spot, CRM (Dynamics), and paid media platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations
  • Present insights to stakeholders, including marketing and sales leadership
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B campaign strategy, demand generation, or integrated marketing
  • Proven ability to lead cross-channel, full-funnel campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Strong working knowledge of Hub Spot (or similar MAP) for campaign and nurture design
  • Paid media channels, especially Linked In and Google Ads
  • Experience partnering with sales and aligning campaigns to pipeline outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Preferred Skills
