Director of Development - Full Time

$65,000-$68,000/year

For 65 years, Horizons has been dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families across Eastern Iowa through programs including Transportation, the Financial Wellness Center, and Meals on Wheels.

As the Director of Development, you will develop and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and oversee grant applications and reporting. You will collaborate with the leadership team to set fundraising goals and create innovative ways to engage the community in our mission.

Your schedule is primarily Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours for events and donor meetings.
