As a vital member of the surgical team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care in the operating room. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborating with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilizing EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient care management
- Demonstrating proficiency in DaVinci robotics and orthopedic surgeries, including total joints and spine
- Participating in on-call rotations, including one night per week and one weekend per month
Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum of 24 months of recent Operating Room experience
- Proficient experience with DaVinci robotics and orthopedic surgeries
- Active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA or ARC
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Travel nursing experience within the last 24 months
