Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant , Medical Exams

Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct clinical assessments for veterans. The role pays $82.25–$101.75 per hour, without evenings, calls, prescribing, or low patient volume. You decide your own schedule.

• Flexible schedule: work any hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., 7 days a week.
• Work 2 to 10 hours per day.
• Documentation can be completed at home.
• Paid per Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ); average time 20–30 min, typical earnings $500–700 per day.

NPs and PAs will perform disability assessments for veterans with the VA, including:

• Review veteran medical records.
• Conduct lengthy history to determine service‑related condition.
• Perform physical assessment and document findings.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, no prescribing or direct treatment.

• Active state license as NP or PA.
• Investigative mindset; ability to analyze claims, collect evidence, and remain unbiased.
• Capability to manage complex documentation.

The position includes an 8‑hour online training to learn assessment processes.
