UnityPoint Health in Cedar Rapids is offering a Home Care Registered Nurse Residency Program for RNs graduating in May, August, or December 2026. This 12-month residency will support new nurses in learning to direct hospice care services while providing full-time pay and benefits.
The program includes clinical experience with a preceptor, ongoing education, and completion of a residency project, awarding 36 hours of continuing education credit by the Iowa Board of Nursing upon completion.
