Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and hands‑on skilled nursing care. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in resident assessment, care planning, and day‑to‑day clinical decision‑making. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will collaborate closely with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Compensation: $35.50 - $42 per hour |
Daily Pay Available!

• $5000 RN Sign‑On Bonus (paid over one year in quarterly increments)

• Full‑Time Evenings (2PM - 10PM)
• Full‑Time Nights (10PM - 6AM) Monday - Friday
• Weekend packages available:
  Days (6AM - 2PM) & Evenings (2PM - 10PM)
• Weekend schedule may be Friday to Sunday / Saturday to Monday

• Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately
• Communicate effectively with providers, residents, and families
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations
• Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred
