The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while creating an outstanding patient experience. This role works closely with our provider to carry out individualized treatment plans, administer therapies, educate patients, and ensure safe, efficient clinic operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to step away from the hospital environment while continuing to practice meaningful, patient-centered care.

• Creating a safe, compassionate, personalized experience for patients
• Educate patients on medications, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercise, and treatment expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
• Administer GLP-1 weight loss injections and ongoing weight management treatments
• Administer testosterone, estrogen, vitamin, peptide, and other injectable therapies as prescribed
• Perform hormone pellet insertion and related procedures
• Perform neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport) and aesthetic procedures
• Obtain vitals, review patient history, and perform medication follow-up visits
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the provider
• Review laboratory results and assist with treatment protocols under provider direction
• Draw blood and perform specimen collection as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, nursing standards, HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable Iowa regulations
• Assist with medication inventory, storage, and quality control
  
  Support additional wellness services and clinic initiatives as the practice continues to grow

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with providers
• Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Experience in hormone replacement therapy (TRT/HRT)
• Experience with GLP-1 medical weight loss
• Experience with aesthetic injections or medical aesthetics
• Phlebotomy experience
