• 30 months of interventional vascular/Interventional Radiology lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting
• Pre/post op/recovery experience
• EPIC EMR experience
• 24 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience documented in work history/resume/employment history
• Skills Checklist specific to interventional vascular/IR lab
• Driver's License
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Iowa State License

• Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience in a hospital or medical center setting
• Professional Reference/Reference Check from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO from within the last 24 months

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association (AHA)

• Pre-screening with 405 Area Code
