Bright Star Care of Cedar Rapids / Iowa City is looking for skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver one‑on‑one in‑home care to elderly clients and adults with disabilities throughout the Cedar Rapids metro and Iowa City corridor.

Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled personal care and assistance to clients in their homes:

• Personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Vital signs monitoring and documentation
• Safe transfers and mobility support
• Catheter care, ostomy care, and skin integrity checks
• Medication reminders and assistance
• Meal preparation and nutritional monitoring
• Dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and cognitive support
• Post‑surgical and post‑hospitalization recovery care
• Companion care and emotional support
• Reporting health changes to supervising RN

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
