What You'll Do

As an Assisted Living RN, you'll provide high-quality nursing care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for tenants.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee delivery of nursing care in accordance with individualized service plans
• Assess tenant conditions and communicate changes to the team
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals
• Supervise and support nursing staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records utilizing EHR
• Promote tenant dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Respond appropriately to changes in tenant conditions and medical emergencies
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

• Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate degree in Nursing or higher preferred
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
  
  Current BLS Certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, person-centered approach to care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
