Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
- Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and care plans.
- Complete accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Iowa (or ability to obtain).
- Current CPR Certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred (not required).
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused nursing approach.
